The Main Pillars of my Professional Practice:
o Yoga therapy to achieve and maintain the health of the whole body, so that life can be comfortable lived without pain, tension or discomfort
o Meditation is the main tool to gently return the mind into a stage of balance, which guarantees a content and fulfilled life
o Ayurveda is the system of nutrition, daily routine and respect for biological rhythms. We are not only what we eat. Our energy levels and health status depend on, more importantly, what we are able to digest.
o Holistic counselling helps connect yoga, meditation and ayurveda to create a wellness plan that would improve health across all levels, based on the individual needs and goals of a person.
All these sciences are related and intertwined. One does not work without the other. I teach to be inspired by simple self-work that only needs to be done a little bit but every day, by following simple daily training routine people would be able to identify and eliminate the causes of imbalance and fix them, rather than dedicating all of their life to fighting an unequal battle with their problems or diseases.
My Life in Numbers
My personal practice counts more than 30 000 hours, which is only what could be counted but in reality, it is much more than that.
o 310 days of healthy and restorative fasting
o 10 countries where I intensely studied the mind and the body
o 11 pilgrimages to sacred places
o 44 visited countries and a vast experience of how a modern person lives and which methods work best for holistic healing of different groups of people with wide variety of needs
o 3 continents where I’ve lived
o 10s of the best teachers around the world
o 1000s of grateful students around the globe
During my 15 years of practice, I have inspired thousands of people to shift and transform, making changes to their lives that they have always wanted to, but couldn’t. It didn’t work out only for those who didn’t want it to or those who didn’t do anything.
I have been practising and continually bring into this world and to my students:
- Healthy lifestyle without cruelty against oneself (Feeling your body, purifying mind)
- Peaceful balance between the spiritual and material life (Consciously observing interrelationships and therefore appropriately identifying the causes of occurring events)
- Balanced and harmonious relationships with yourself and others (Learning to recognise and go through own emotions)
- Personal ability and energy potential for achievement of goals and dreams (Developing holistic habits)
- The self-realised awareness of your own voice in this world, your talents and ways of graciously expressing yourself (The importance of communicating with like-minded people)

I will also share simple and simply genius practices which will provide the most effective and unconditional results for everyone without exception.
