My name is Victoria Bilal. Time has changed since I began my practice 16 years ago. Back then, the principles of exhausting efforts were popular and relevant, where you were required to practice rigorously to achieve desired results. Now the time is completely different, and a new approach is needed to suit it. The current path to physical and mental health is gentle and loving, our slogan is “GAIN WITH NO PAIN”. The way of force and effort destroys modern people, as stress already follows us relentlessly in our daily lives. We just have to watch the news, and we are already saturated with fear. Society is already saturated with speed and dynamic movements. Fire is not extinguished with fire. Fire can only be extinguished with water, the opposite element. Therefore, I choose a gentle, delicate and humane approach, based on how our parasympathetic nervous system works. It is an approach of care, friendship and love with our body and mind.
